Cancellation/Change Policies
A JPY 2000 fee per sector will be charged for cancellations or changes made after payment.
20% charge: Cancellations 14 days before the service (21 days during peak periods).
50% charge: Cancellations 7 days before the service (10 days during peak periods).
100% charge: Cancellations within 3 days of the service.
*Regarding "Change", it is subject to availability. If cannot change, you can cancel by paying above cost.
